Quality Assurance and risk analysis procedures delivered upon establishment of a functional Project Administration

The purpose of this deliverable is to describe established procedures to recover the PainFACT project following a disruption or alert of malfunction in respect to the GA, the CA and or the agreed Work Plan, if such an event were to occur. The rapprot will consit of: theoretical framework for the PainFACT Contingency Plan; risk descriptions and contingency actions and a template to report on the activation and closing of the Contingency Plan.
