During M1M6 Alliance4Life FG3 Human Resources Mobility will engage in discussion of career systems applied at individual institutions Resulting set of best practice measures proven through operation will be presented to the Alliance4Life Board representing all partner institutions at the meeting in M12 The partners will individually internally discuss how to use the best practice to improve their HR management and in the end their scientific performance
