A database of risks, issues, opportunities and intellectual property rights (IPR) scans. Risks and issues will include the dialogue that took place in the Project Integration Team and their mitigation or resolution. Opportunities will include a description and an outline of the initial decision to pursue an opportunity and an outline of a plan.
