Strategic analysis of the different monitoring and modelling programmes and related infrastructures

Report that includes a strategic analysis of the existing monitoring and modelling programmes, and the infrastructures used to deliver them based on D2.3. It will determine where additional support is needed to ensure the adequate collection of data from the polar regions.
