System's specifications and concept architecture

This report will provide the overall system architecture and system specifications resulting from D21 and D22 describing the complete set of modules and interfaces with internal and external systems D23 will serve as a reference document for all technical developments in the project and for validating achievement of technical objectives by subsequent WPs prior to release of relevant technologies for trials with end users
