PLANET system architecture definition (Initial)

This report will document the architectural synthesis process as well as the final detailed PLANET system architecture. It will provide a break down of the system functionality into individual system components and encapsulate issues such as: functional behaviour and communication interfaces, implementation technology and deployment options and security.
