The ultima ratio of ECHOES is provided through a set of policy-ready recommendations, how best to exploit the new insights in energy related decision-making and behaviour for future policy-making. In particular, the report emphases how the scientific results can foster the transition to an Energy Union and boost the efficacy of the SET-Plan.
