Summary
This report will contain general operational information including the Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), reporting processes, planning and protocols for communication within the consortium, quality control processes, risk logs and the procedures for risk monitoring, decision-making and conflict resolution, templates, etc. A second release is foreseen at month 22.
