Microbe and mineral assemblages and reactivity to gas injection from field samples

This report will gather observations made at the microscale to characterize the interactions between microorganisms and rocks/minerals. This will be done by combining high resolution spectroscopic and imaging techniques (FISH/CLSM experiments coupled with Raman/FTIR microscopy along with electronic microscopy) with laser capture microdissection and single-cell genomic.
