An overview of core OCP requirements

This report contains core OCP requirements as defined through analysis of the working domain. These requirements cover a technical/architectural point of view, but also include a working process and institutional perspective. The requirements will be described using the MoSCOW typology (must-have, should-have, could-have, would-have).
