Analysis of CSDP institutional and policy aspects and lessons learned

This report draws on the output of T2.1 and T2.2 and provides an overview of institutional and policy aspects that play a role in the implementation in CSDP missions, and that in particular have an effect on information exchange between stakeholder parties.
