Electronic outcomes of the second Thematic Workshop

Summary
This deliverable is related to Task 8.2 in which three topical workshops will be held. The second one will be at UniCRE about the future of BTL products in the EU. The aim of this deliverable will be an electronic newsletter about the second workshop.
