D7.2 Project presentation and FLEXMETER web site (T7.2) (M3, resp. POLITO). This deliverable will contain a short description of FLEXMETER including a project synopsis according to EC formats and a set of slides presenting the project. It also includes a presentation of the FLEXMETER web site and the actual communication plan.
