Recommendation document or revised / new regional energy plan for a region in each partner country

At each national level 11 countries in total the CTRACK 50 partners will work with one region so as to either formulate recommendations for their energy and climate policy planning or develop new plans or in case such plans already exist revise and update them in sight of 2050
