Impact assessment: Demand, costings, business models and regulation

This deliverable will contain, firstly, the output of the literature review and the results of the new passenger survey (passenger perspective and estimates of demand impact) conducted for one of the case studies in the project. Secondly it will set out the costs (and any cost savings) associated with the enabling technologies and utilisation of the travel app, and set out the key areas of the business model / regulatory framework that need to “work” to enable accelerated market up-take. Deliverable 4.3 draws together the outputs of the three tasks and sets out an evaluation and technology roadmap.
