SOP for ALI-based testing of small nanoparticles

Standard operating procedure for the cell cultures and endpoints in conducting air liquid interface exposes will be prepared. This will increase the comparability between the laboratories. The SOP will include harmonization of cell cultures and measured endpoints. The results will be assessed with sufficient caution, because there are multiple variables affecting the exposure and cell culture conditions. Measure of success is the ready instructions (SOP) for ALI exposures. Task 2.1
