In this deliverable an inventory will be made of the problems related to these service aspects and of the best practices for quality improvements based on the expertise of partners and involved stakeholders Furthermore a literature review will be made of relevant recent and ongoing projects in order to use and analyse the project findings For instance results from previous demo projects such as RETRACK SPECTRUM and the ongoing studies for the international Rail Freight Corridors RFCs will be included
