Assessment of the current situation and bottlenecks

Deliverable will present the results of task 41 Within this task the current situation regarding cooperation and related bottlenecks with nonrailway related stakeholders will be assessedThis analysis will result in an assessment of the requirements by stakeholder and the current barriers that hinder cooperation in the supply chain or make operations more complicatedFinally an overview will be made of the best practices bottlenecks and challenges given the overall project objective to improve the quality of rail freight services in line with the needs of the client related to cooperation in the supply chain This analysis will be made for different market segments for instance by type of goods and by type of stakeholders and will be used to prioritise activities in this WP and to select market segments that are most relevant to achieve the project objective
