Report on refinement of project approach and scope

This deliverable will describe the results of the refinement of the project approach and specification of the scope. Based on the problem analysis and the overview of best practices the project approach is refined and the scope will be defined in more detail. More detailed solutions – segmented for different markets and different groups of stakeholders – will be prioritised based on expected market impacts and economic and technical feasibility.
