Evaluation of bottlenecks

This deliverable describes the results of task 32 The task combines qualitative and quantitative analysis The quantitative analysis will evaluate to which extent the previous steps of the EU policy have contributed to accomplishing access to the rail infrastructure and the necessary service facilities on an equal basis The qualitative analysis will comprise of interviews with experts and actors in the rail freight market concerning infrastructure access and regulation A conclusion of both these analyses will be made demonstrating the current status and what further steps are necessary Recommendations will be formulated for future EU and national infrastructure policy
