Data protocol will include two key elements: 1) This will include the data management plan required for the Open Research Data Pilot, which will be a public deliverable. 2) The data gathering and transmission protocol for HRS and vehicle performance data reporting, which will be confidential, only for members of the consortium and Commission Services.
