Summary
The strategic communication plan (SCP) gives direction to the project dissemination activities, customized planning, tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs, as lined out in section 2.2.1.3). It will build upon the respective current status of (I) the stakeholder analysis and mapping in WPs2,8,9,10 and (II) the stakeholder engagement plan. The plan will be tailored to integrate (I) online & social media presence; (II) stakeholder engagement, (III) market related, scientific & public communication, (IV) engagement in thematic initiatives & events.
