Report on pathways for the reuse and recycle food waste

Description of the analysis of opportunities, successful approaches and potential barriers for food waste reuse and recycling in both meat and vegetable sectors. Conclusions of the analysis will lead to the draft of business models that enable a widespread uptake of the solutions proposed, and the definition of impact indicators of recycling and reusing benefits.
