Development of Escrow database, Core Brokerage component, security and access control

This deliverable will include the software implementation for the escrow database and core services which will allow the integration of the platform with ICT tools implementing the CEBMS via standardised SoAcompliant APIsMoreover it will include the implementation of the Access Control Manager module and all security solutions in the ICT platform to make it GDPRcompliant The deliverable is the results of Tasks 43 45 and 46
