Deliverable 3.7 Policy briefs Draft

Policy briefs will summarize the Mobilization experience in the 11 pilot cities. Methodological aspects will be described together with the results, obstacles encountered and lessons learnt. These two documents will target mainly policy makers and researchers in the field of urban planning and decision-making.
