Contribution to EU-LISTCO conceptual framework

The paper will help develop and refine the EU-LISTCO conceptual framework by testing it against geopolitical and strategic global and diffuse threats. It will feed back into the work of WP1 and will be conducted in collaboration with WP1 and WP2.
