Regular monitoring and evaluation is a pillar of the implementation strategy of the EU-Africa R&I partnership in FNSSA. As a complement to the light evaluation, the concept note for a full M&E methodological framework for the FNSSA Partnership will be the next logical step and a solid and reliable basis for further activities concerning the M&E methodological framework.
