1.2.2 Final impact report on promoting biregional partnerships

The focus of the reports lies on later stage and more established partnerships, their existing research outputs and the poor linkage between academia and the business community which is recognised as a significant obstacle to research based innovation. Measures taken in order to bypass or avoid obstacles will be analysed and qualified, the impact described. This report covers the whole running period of RINEA and allow for final conclusion on the usefulnes and applicability of measures.
