Action Plan designed for each of the Brazil-EU Research & Innovation priority areas, including structural scenarios (anticipating how the identified R&I trends, opportunities, drivers and barriers would progress in the long term) and roadmaps (outlining concrete measures to be adopted and/or deployed by BR and EU R&I actors in order to most benefit from the identified cooperation hot-topics).
