Final Synthesis Report linking energy and climate drivers and scenarios

This synthesis report aims at identifying the most likely scenario for Turkey-EU relations from an energy and climate perspective based on the key drivers identified in the analysis. It will draw from the results of the joint workshop with WP 3 “Economic Drivers” in light of resource considerations.
