Summary
The Impact Assessment Reports will outline the short- and mid-term impacts of the most important URBAN-EU-CHINA Platform Activities, including the challenges and stakeholders they are intended to address, and potentially unintended side effects. Where possible, potential long-term effects will be indicated. The impact assessment will be performed with a variety of tools and methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative data, secondary data analysis, semi-structured interviews and surveys, stakeholder participation, and input from monitoring of cities. The Impact Assessment Reports will analyse the intensity and direction of impacts, identify synergies, conflicts and trade-offs, and propose corrective measures, using actor analysis. The Impact Assessment Reports will allow for fine-tuned planning of future events and inform the update the Strategic R&I Agenda.
This deliverable is led by IOER and CIUC, with contributions from ISIS and CAUPD.
