Predictive test for response to chemotherapy treatment

Development of an algorithm-based predictive companion test to support BC clinical trials. Using as test case of data being available from treatment of BC patients with chemotherapeutic agents, the data will be further explored for predictive features related to the resistance or response to specific chemotherapeutic agents. The above “network -> pathway -> control nodes” approach will be employed for the identification of network components that regulate biological behaviour3, related to drug response. Once this workflow and the algorithms have been established, we will implement it into software as a clinical decision support system.
