Submitted reports on regional and local actors and stakeholders workshops which are discussion based and enabled by the Delphi method Three workshops will be held across Europe located north central and southern Europe for the purpose to widely access as many European Stakeholder Committee members as possible This report will be discussed at the Policy Roundtable meeting Month 26
