Microscopic data Data format will be mainly czi which can be opened in imaging softwares such as FIJI Zeiss ZEN etcReal Time data Date is stored as xlsx and can be opened in Microsoft ExcelImages of plants Images og plants will be captured by digital camera and will be in jpeg formatTranscriptomic data which makes the basis of the study will be published and made available to the public the transciptomic data has long term value and will be made accessible to the public after publicaionThe data will be deposited at Swedish National Data Service SND and data will be accessible from the same after publication of the study
