"Transition Track #4 Activities for Alkmaar"

Initial report, delivered in the beginning of the monitoring phase, describing the status of all the demonstration activities under the Integrated Solutions Social Innovation Mechanisms towards Citizen Engagement, Open Innovation for Policy Makers and Managers and Interoperable, Modular and Interconnected City Ecosystem. As M36 will also be the end of implementation stage, this report will provide information regarding the achieved compliance with the envisioned in the implementation plan for these activities.
