Tumor models established

We will set-up two melanoma mouse models, the transplantable B16F1 in C57Bl/6N mice and spontaneous HGF-CDK4 models for which the phenotype and transcriptomic profile of anti-tumor T cells have been characterised. Tumor cells will be injected subcutaneously and stem cell memory (potent anti-tumor T cells) or effector memory (dysfunctional anti-tumor T cells) Pmel-1 transgenic T cells will be injected intravenously 7-days post tumor take.
