Requirements specification of SEMIoTICS framework

This deliverable will provide the specification of the complete set of requirements for the SEMIoTICS framework. These will cover all levels of its envisaged implementation stack, and will drive the development of components, techniques and algorithms in WP3 and WP4, and the integration in WP5.
