Final report on use cases and application requirements, and preliminary techno-economic evaluation of ACINO concepts

This document finalizes the use-cases and the application requirements, based on the feedbacks provided by the other WPs. It also includes preliminary techno-economic studies based on algorithms from WP3 adding a cost model for the network elements.
