This report will contain the output of the evaluation phase Task 63 and Task 64 This deliverable reports the results of the final evaluation of CPSoSaware during the evaluation phase In addition it will report the CPSoSaware socioeconomic and organizational impact based on the analysis of the results from theevaluation process and will assess what the principles and interventions imply for the adoption of CPSoSaware by the different stakeholders A final version will be delivered on M36
