Toward a strategy for European digital autonomy through Open Source, Standards and Alliances

This white paper provides an initial view on how European digital autonomy can be achieved by fostering a closer industrial and research collaboration in Europe around key open source (T1.1), open standards (T1.2) and alliances (T1.3). Key success stories will be presented in the white paper, and will be used to define concrete actions to pave the way toward an Open Ecosystem for the computing continuum.
