Second PerMed technology observatory release and benchmark report

We will gather a second annual report on new software, algorithms and standards in the PerMed area that are relevant for the PerMedCoE. This release will include results for the benchmarks of the applications in the PerMed technology observatory against the core applications optimised by month 24 in a dedicated public webpage
