D4.1 - Initial Communication and Liaison Plan

A Communication and Liaison Plan will provide an analysis of audiences and available communication tools and formulate the overall communication and liaison goals. It will contain both a strategic and operational communication. The communication plan will include the plan for the stakeholder liaison, as well as for dissemination and exploitation of results, as specified above (i.e., for exploitation the possible uptake of project results).
