NEP Session at an EMRS Meeting (Work-shop on advanced nano-lithography and nano-patterning)

The workshop will focus on widening the TA user community by making them aware of the ad-vanced lithographic and patterning techniques available within the project. Another aim of the workshop will be to understand the needs of the users and address those requirements within the current JA. The NEP session will be organised together and covered within the budget of JA7 (WP17) Dissimination and Outreach.
