Prototype of corrected CRL nanofocusing unit for user experiments

Each of the characterized focusing system will be re-investigated with and without the correcting phase plate. As the alignment of the correcting plate on the optical axis of the focusing optics is crucial, means to freeze the relative position of the corrector plate need to be developed and implemented.
