Discussion paper and infographic(s) on the role of sustainability goals in trade rules

Examine how sustainability goals are currently included in trade rules (WTO rules; EU bilateral and regional trade agreements; public and private standards). The review starts with existing databases on international standards provided by FAO, UNCTAD and ESCAP. The analysis covers all 17 Goals and 78 SDG indicators with focus on SDG1 'No poverty', SDG2 'Zero Hunger' and SDG3 'Good Health and Well-being', as well as SDG6 'Clean Water', SDG13 'Climate Action' and SDG15 'Life on Land'.
