Use case experimental designs

This deliverable will explain experimental design defined and planned for each use case demonstration. The aim is to consult stakeholders, plan application of the specific models and tools in each case. Also, to define deliverable sites, anticipated coverage and capability required for models, establishment of the procedures and confirmation of data needs and indicators to be selected and performance measures to be achieved through the application of the PHOEBE framework agreed.
