Report on the impacts of policy tools currently used and potentially available

The report will analyse in detail the impacts of policy tools currently used and potentially available at the EU, national, and regional levels and across economic sectors to impact nutrient emissions and concentrations, including an analysis of the potential scale of impact for each policy tool and an analysis on the connection to carbon policies.
