Policy brief on climate-related trade-offs of measures

The policy brief will summarise policy-relevant consequences of changing freshwater macronutrient (CNP) stoichiometry associated with nutrient management and global climate change in the Nordic-Baltic region. It will be based on a conceptual model relating carbon intensity to nutrient loading populated using existing data from OSPAR, HELCOM, national monitoring databases, and databases from earlier projects. The policy brief will be shared with national, regional, and EU policy makers as well as HELCOM and OSPAR. Task 3.1
