D21 Consultation platform and digital processes consists of fullyfledged webbased platform including user authentication services backoffice functionalities and knowledge database infrastructure The system will be designed as an open searchable easily navigable and comprehensive online knowledge base to be launched at month 3 and will grow throughout the project lifetime At inception this knowledge base will reference the results of already completed consultation efforts performed by the EC 20162017 The knowledge base will grow as results from WP2 and WP3 emerge and provide an insight into the relationship between these individual outputs and provide a global view of the NGI challenges as determined by all stakeholder groups This will serve as a defacto reference point for programme participants in the NGI startup pathfinder and flagship initiativesThe deliverable will include software documentation
