Reference architectures for SCDCPS v2

A final report on reference architectures for safety-critical distributed cyber-physical-systems, the APIs developed during the runtime of the TRANSACT project and insights from the basic platform based on the architecture. This report will indicate which elements are open-sourced and will feed into D6.5.
